In northern Togo, USAID/OTI’s Littorals Regional Initiative partnered with the Conseil National de la Jeunesse and the Timbuktu Institute to train 120 youth leaders on peace advocacy and social cohesion.
One of the graduates of the training program, Azizi Sedou, goes from house to house and engages residents about the need for social cohesion and conflict prevention. Azizi and his peers have engaged more than 1,000 men, women and youth across the Savanes Region and continue to reach more residents.
