Linda Wafi is a Senior Project Director with Creative Associate International in the Education for Development Division. She has more than 15 years of managerial and technical expertise in education and youth development. Linda has managed a wide range of initiatives aimed at increasing access of youth and marginalized groups to education and employment by creating systems that connect public institutions and the private sector with youth-serving organizations.
Linda has worked in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia, and has extensive experience working with field-based partners and grantees, particularly in designing and delivering institutional capacity-building strategies, field-based youth assessments, labor market assessments and gender analyses.
Linda joined Creative in 2019 and currently serves as the project director of the Jordan Technical Assistance Program. Previously, Linda managed the National Program for Reading in Morocco, a USAID-funded project that aimed to improve classroom instruction, expand remedial and extracurricular reading opportunities and improve national learning and assessment systems for reading and writing.
She holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training. Linda is a native Arabic and French speaker, as well as fluent in English.
