Robert Jacobi has been with Creative Associates for a little over seven years and is currently a Principal Technical Advisor for Creative’s Basic Education Activity in the West Bank and Gaza.
He began his journey as a development professional in the late 1990s as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines and later as a Peace Corps technical trainer, campus recruiter, and Fulbright Scholar researching participatory community development strategies for Peace Corps volunteers. He has more than 30 years of experience in 32 countries assessing, designing, establishing, managing and directing various development assistance programs. He is experienced in leading rapid assessments and proposal development initiatives and establishing and directing program activities in complex settings.
He has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in international development from Clark University. Robert successfully completed a six-month Senior Executive Leadership Program at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
