Farah serves as the Regional Director for MENA at Creative Associates International. With over 18 years in the field, Farah works on designing and executing program strategies, leading business development initiatives and fostering growth for both NGOs and for-profit organizations.
Em sua função atual, she plays a key part in shaping and implementing new business development strategies, significantly contributing to the company’s expansion in the region. Farah is also a driving force behind Creative’s locally-led development efforts, particularly through the establishment of the MENA Dev Alliance — a strategic partnership between Creative and regional entities. Her responsibilities include project management, strategic communications, relationship building and representing the company at regional events and donor meetings.
Before joining Creative Associates International, Farah was the Director of Programs and Business Development at Al Jidara Group Development Consulting in Jordan. Lá, she was instrumental in boosting the company’s revenue, notably through the launch of the US Small Business affiliate AJIS. Managing an annual pipeline of approximately $500M, Farah led Al Jidara Group’s expansion into new sectors, diversified funding sources, and pioneered market entry in regions such as Syria and Iraq. Her extensive network included collaborations with numerous USAID implementing partners, enhancing the group’s market presence and growth.
Farah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Macalester College and a Master’s degree in Public Health from George Washington University. She is also fluent in Arabic.
