The Central America Regional Support Services (CARSS) IDIQ supports the U.S. government’s efforts to address the root causes of irregular migration from Central America to the United States. Creative is one of ten organizations prequalified to compete for future task orders from USAID Missions in Mexico, Guatemala, O salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua, as well as the Central America Regional Mission.
Task orders may be issued at any time during the IDIQ ordering period.
