Heather Patching is an international development professional with more than 17 years of experience in prime and subaward administration for U.S.-based nonprofits, companies and non-governmental international development organizations. She provides award life cycle support from the pre-award phase through closeout for Creative’s program portfolio, ensures the provision of guidance materials, training and oversight for both HQ and field-based colleagues, and contributes to the development of company policies and procedures.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in German (Business Option) from the Pennsylvania State University.
