Associés créatifs internationaux, a leading implementer of international development projects worldwide, welcomes Joe Kalé as its new Compliance Director.

Kale will oversee compliance efforts at headquarters and projects in more than 25 pays, ensuring that company conduct continues to exceed Creative’s high internal and client normes.

Working as an adviser to executives and program leadership, Kale will develop, implement and review policies and procedures that ensure Creative is up to date and in line with the latest regulations on trade, approvisionnement, program management, agreements and more.

Dans ce rôle, he will work closely with Laurence Grayer, Créatif’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

Président-directeur général créatif Leland Kruvant says Kale is a valuable addition to the organization.

Kale most recently served as a Senior Consultant and Adviser at LRN Corp. à New York, working with high-profile corporate clients on ethics and regulatory compliance.

He previously helped major companies, including as Senior Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at DynCorp International and Director of Ethics Program Operations at Lockheed Martin, build up their ethics and compliance procedures, address ethical concerns, train thousands of employees and encourage a positive company culture.

Kale, whose experience spans Fortune 500 companies as well as entrepreneurial, privately owned firms, says he looks forward to bringing this experience and skill to his work at Creative to better serve communities in need around the world.

Kale is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa. He volunteers as a member of the Board of Directors for ERASE Child Trafficking.
