Melissa is the Chief of Party for Creative’s Ethiopia Civic Engagement (ECE) Activity, a four-year project aimed at supporting civic actors in Ethiopia to engage around priority issues in their communities.
Melissa has nearly 30 years of experience working to support development programs in Central Asia, Europe de l'Est, and the Horn/East Africa, with a focus on capacity strengthening, civic engagement and anti-corruption by supporting civil society organizations to create change in their communities.
Melissa holds a BA in Business from Bloomsburg University, an MBA from Wilkes University, an MS In Community & Economic Development from Penn State, and an MS in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University.
