As a member of the Global Operations team, Laura Porras leads the ongoing improvement of Creative’s project management processes and documentation, supporting projects worldwide. She also spearheads efforts in measuring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Avant de rejoindre Creative, Laura worked as a project manager and on environmental initiatives in international development across various sectors, including private, finance, non-profit and academic. She has managed projects in over 15 countries throughout her career.
Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Costa Rica and a Master’s degree in project management from the Central American Institute on Public Administration. She has also earned continuing education certificates in data analytics, quality management and sustainability. A native Spanish speaker, Laura is also proficient in English.
Outside of work, Laura volunteers to support migrants in accessing legal services. She is an avid reader and enjoys knitting.
