She has a proven track record of building HR functions and high-performing teams from the ground up, translating business visions into actionable HR initiatives centered on talent acquisition, rétention, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion and corporate culture.
Currently serving as Vice President of Global Human Resources, Ingrid leads HR strategy, programs and policy administration for corporate and international offices across Africa, le Moyen-Orient, Asia and Latin America.
Ingrid previously held senior HR roles at Blumont/International Relief & Développement, Population Services International and Southeastern University, where she provided leadership, developed strategic plans and managed large-scale HR operations. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the American University in Washington D.C. and is fluent in Italian.
