As part of the Global Operations team, Sarah Chiriaco leads initiatives related to corporate strategy, quality management systems, cross-divisional collaboration and project performance improvement.
Sarah has more than a decade of experience in international business development, recruitment, operational support and client management. She previously worked with Creative from 2012-2014 as part of the Proposal Development team. En 2022, she returned to Creative to support operations in HQ. Prior to her return to Creative, she served as Director of Business Development at Plan International USA.
Sarah has a BA in International Affairs from the George Washington University. She is an avid runner, having completed more than 25 marathons.
