ABEL II/ MALAWI: SOCIAL MOBILIZATION CAMPAIGN FOR EDUCATIONAL QUALITY

Using baseline data collected in January 1999, Creative prepared a report on the USAID-funded Social Mobilization Campaign for Educational Quality (SMC-EQ) findings, which focused on Malawi’s educational system and popular attitudes towards education. The SMC-EQ followed the model adopted in an earlier Social Mobilization Campaign, where university students used theater for development techniques to learn community viewpoints.
