As one of the more diversified economies in the Middle East with a high growth rate, the Egyptian economy presents an attractive investment climate due to positive developments in infrastructure, transportation, communication, energy, skilled labor, modern industrial cities, free zones, banking and stock markets. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are crucial to continued economic growth and development in Egypt, but these enterprises often encounter obstacles such as financial and political issues, lack of technology adoption and unskilled workers.
