Tanzania: “Whole school” transformations for a 21st century Tanzania

With enrollment rates many countries would boast about, Tanzanian primary schools seemed to be in great shape. But the numbers masked a problem: learning outcomes were abysmal. By taking a whole school approach, Creative’s TZ21 project put the focus back on education.
