Honduras: Mobilizing faith leaders against gender-based violence

Honduran women suffer from some of the highest rates of domestic violence in the Western Hemisphere. Faith leaders are changing the narratives that normalize gender-based violence and connect victims with needed resources.

Through CARI Honduras, the USAID/Office of Transition Initiatives trained faith leaders in Honduras on how to act against gender-based violence in their communities.
