She has a proven track record of building HR functions and high-performing teams from the ground up, translating business visions into actionable HR initiatives centered on talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion and corporate culture.
Currently serving as Vice President of Global Human Resources, Ingrid leads HR strategy, programs and policy administration for corporate and international offices across Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
Ingrid previously held senior HR roles at Blumont/International Relief & Development, Population Services International and Southeastern University, where she provided leadership, developed strategic plans and managed large-scale HR operations. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the American University in Washington D.C. and is fluent in Italian.
