Dec. 17, 2013 – Creative Associates International will provide Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) technical assistance to governments and organizations working in the education sector as part of a new U.S. Agency for International Development-funded agreement.

Through the consortium implementing the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, which is led by The Kaizen Company of Washington, D.C., Creative will implement HICD projects that aim to improve service delivery of institutions and individuals through capacity development in countries receiving USAID assistance.

This USAID model of capacity development identifies root causes behind unmet goals and specific ways to achieve them.

“Creative is excited to have this opportunity to expand our work on human and institutional capacity building around the globe,” says Sean Carroll, Senior Director. “With our tested training models and innovative e-learning options, Creative can deliver flexible and robust support that reinforces host country institutions in really practical ways.”

The Kaizen Company is a small business that has worked with more than 100 organizations in 25 countries to provide solutions that catalyze locally driven organizational and institutional performance improvements.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/12″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_widget_sidebar sidebar_id=”sidebar-primary”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
