At Creative, we aim to make the recruitment process as transparent as possible. Here’s what you can expect: 

  • Application Review: Our recruitment team will carefully review your resume. 
  • Initial Interview: If selected, you’ll be invited for an initial interview to discuss your qualifications and interests. 
  • Skills Assessment: Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a skills assessment to demonstrate your expertise. 
  • Final Interview(s): Successful candidates will have one or more final interviews with team leaders or senior management. 
  • Offer: If you’re selected, we’ll extend an offer and discuss terms, compensation and benefits.

Internships

Our “Talent Apprentice Program,” or TAP,  offers hands-on experience to students and recent grads. Interns work on real projects and gain insights into their chosen fields. Interns build their skills and professional networks in a dynamic and supportive environment. 75 percent of our interns are offered full-time positions.

Creative’s Early Career Employee Resource Group, CrECER, empowers young professionals with peer support. Through workshops, social events, and career-building opportunities, CrECER (meaning “to grow” in Spanish), helps emerging leaders thrive and advance their careers within Creative.
